Terms of Service
By using Luna Club, purchasing a pass, or accessing delivered content, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live to use, purchase, or view Luna Club content. Do not continue if your local law prohibits this type of adult content or transaction.
2. Personal use only
All content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, screenshot, or publicly share premium content. Doing so may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Access delivery
After confirmed payment, eligible content or access is made available through a private Luna Club web access area tied to your purchase and, when enabled, the official Telegram bot. Keep access links private. Delivery timing can vary by payment network and technical availability.
4. Payments
Passes are one-time purchases, not recurring memberships, unless an offer clearly says otherwise before payment. Payments may be made with supported cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars. Network fees, exchange fees, conversion rates, and third-party provider terms may apply. All sales are final except as described in the Refund Policy.
5. Custom requests and boundaries
Custom requests are an optional, secondary feature and are not included in a standard pass purchase. A customer may begin an enquiry through the official Luna Club Telegram conversation; email is used for support. An acknowledgement may be automated, but requests are never automatically accepted, priced, created, or fulfilled. Each request is manually reviewed for creator boundaries, consent, availability, legality, and platform-policy compliance. If a request is suitable, a separate scope, price, and expected delivery time must be agreed before work begins. Custom requests are limited to lawful digital content only. Luna Club does not offer or arrange in-person meetings, physical services, escorting, prostitution, or sexual activity for hire.
6. AI-assisted communications
Some Telegram replies, recommendations, translations, support flows, and conversation memory may be generated or assisted by automated systems. They are part of the Luna Club online experience and should not be understood as a promise that Luna is personally typing every message in real time. Custom work remains subject to creator review and approval.
7. Adult content, rights, and consent
Luna Club is intended for adults only. Content submitted or published through Luna Club must be owned, licensed, or otherwise authorized for publication. Questions about rights or compliance may be sent to support@lunaclub.fun.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Luna Club to request illegal content, content involving minors or age ambiguity, non-consensual content, violence, exploitation, impersonation of a real person without permission, harassment, fraud, or any in-person sexual transaction. We may refuse service, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably required for safety or law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
