This policy explains what Luna Club collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

What we collect

We collect information you submit for an order or support request, including your email address, selected pass, amount, payment method, access token, and Telegram identifiers used for delivery. For crypto payments, we record the public wallet and transaction details needed to confirm payment on-chain.

Technical and activity data

For security, fraud prevention, service operation, and first-party campaign measurement, we may process your IP address, a random visitor identifier, device type, browser, operating system, language, time zone, screen size, approximate country or city, referring page, pages viewed, checkout actions, and campaign parameters such as UTM values and TrafficJunky click identifiers.

How it's used

We use this information to operate checkout, confirm and deliver purchases, protect the service, provide support, understand site performance, attribute campaigns, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Luna Club does not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics choices

Essential storage remembers age confirmation, language, privacy choices, order state, and a signed campaign attribution record. A random first-party visitor identifier may remain for up to one year and campaign attribution may remain for up to 30 days. Optional Google Analytics loads only when you choose Allow analytics. You can reopen Privacy choices on the site to change that decision.

Services and disclosures

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the site, Telegram to deliver eligible access and messages, and public blockchain networks to verify crypto payments. When a confirmed purchase is attributed to a TrafficJunky ad, Luna Club may send TrafficJunky the click identifier, a unique transaction reference, transaction value, and a short purchase description so the campaign can record a conversion. Optional Google Analytics receives usage data only after consent. Each outside service applies its own privacy terms.

Content and support may be delivered through Telegram. Your interaction with Telegram is subject to Telegram's privacy policy. Luna Club may retain the Telegram user or chat identifier, order status, conversation context, and request details needed to operate the bot, provide support, remember a conversation, or deliver a purchase. Some chat replies may be AI-assisted or automated.

Data retention

Purchase records are retained as needed for accounting, payment verification, dispute handling, and continued access. Analytics and security records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion through support@lunaclub.fun, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
